With 12 years experience in business development, Richard Touret has contributed to the creation of some major portfolios and to the marketing and international development of companies such as Orange, France Telecom, IBM and KPMG Peat Marwick.
A specialist in information technology security, he has notably contributed to the development of the security wing of Medasys Infrastructures et Sécurité (now owned by Overlap Group) and has an in-depth knowledge of the needs and computing tools in information technology security, and of how threats evolve.
Richard Touret is a Graduate of the Tours Business School and has a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Strasbourg.
Michaël Vergoz initiated the first, foundational work at BinarySEC. In 2004, he realised the need for intelligent protection of web applications using self-learning.
As the Chief Technology Officer in various start-ups and web agencies, he was project leader at MFN, Globecast (France Telecom) as well as at the Centre National de la Fonction Publique Territoriale (part of the French Civil Service).
While an Engineer with Intel, he actively contributed to the open-source Prelude (IDS) project. Michaël Vergoz is a core contributor within the PHP project.
